系統(tǒng)采用積分球形式，建立一個(gè)極弱紫外光面目標(biāo)，對(duì)紫外成像系統(tǒng)的紫外光靈敏度進(jìn)行測(cè)試。

本系統(tǒng)用來(lái)檢測(cè)紫外組件的探測(cè)靈敏度及計(jì)數(shù)率與光強(qiáng)的關(guān)系，包含積分球組(含兩個(gè)積分球與可變光闌)、光功率計(jì)(甲方提供)、光源、衰減片(及濾光片)及控制系統(tǒng)等，其中積分球采用級(jí)聯(lián)的方式連接，之間設(shè)有可變光闌(甲方指定或購(gòu)買(mǎi))。

光源擬采用UVCLED，其光線通過(guò)衰減裝置1、可變光闌1進(jìn)入積分球1，積分球1、可變光闌1組成一級(jí)光衰減器；后接可變光闌2和積分球2，可變光闌2和積分球2組成二級(jí)衰減器，積分球2同時(shí)接功率計(jì)1和功率計(jì)2。

在積分球2輸出口得到輻射出射度可以控制在10-8~10-19W/CM2，輸出口口徑為50MM。
